A SEVEN-YEAR old Darwen schoolgirl has received a thank you letter from the Queen after painting a portrait of her.
Isabelle Charlton was nominated by teacher James Waddington at Holy Trinity Primary School who thought her effort was so good he urged her to send it to the Queen.
