A WALK organised by the North East Lancashire Ramblers group was hailed a success.
Ramblers were taken to Appleby in North Yorkshire for the monthly coach ramble.
Around 80 walkers from the Blackburn and Burnley areas attended the walks.
There were a range of guided walks from six miles to 14 miles which began and ended in Appleby.
A spokesperson for the North East Lancashire Ramblers said: "We all appreciated the peace and beauty of this lovely area."
