A man who is believed to have jumped from the third storey of a car park has died as a result of his injuries.
Police believe Ian Moulden, who was thought to be in his 40s, jumped from the town centre car park onto Lord Street.
He died in the Royal Blackburn Hospital at 1.30pm yesterday.
Police officers were on the scene at 4pm on Wednesday and an ambulance arrived within minutes after he fell.
