An inquest has been opened into the death of a Burnley teaching assistant who was killed when his car was in collision with a lorry and another vehicle on Longsight Road in Osbaldeston.
The inquest heard that Leon Paul Atkinson, 24, of Paulhan Street, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision last Thursday afternoon.
