TRAINING in first aid is on offer in Colne, thanks to Pendle Leisure Trust.
The trust's three trainers, who have 74 years of experience between them, will be running courses in June and September to pass on their skills to the public.
Their Pinpoint courses include classes in first aid at work, emergency aid and sports injuries, and people travel from all over the country to take part.
Kathryn Hopkinson, one of the teachers, said: "Training in first aid gives you peace of mind, knowing that hundreds of people are possibly able to save lives thanks to the knowledge that they have been given through attending a course.
"But techniques do change and it's important to keep up to date, even if you have been on a course before."
The courses will cost £15 per person and will be held at the Lesser Muni, Colne, on Wednesday, June 27 and Thursday, September 6.
