Sandwich shop chain Subway is about to open its first outlet in Nelson.
The national chain, which has opened stores throughout the country over the past two years, will open at the Texaco service station, Manchester Road, on Wednesday.
It will be run by Daniel Simons and his partner Sam Nivern, who have taken on the Nelson franchise after a successful first venture in Accrington.
Mr Simons said: "We are really excited to be opening another Subway store so soon after the first.
"The Accrington store has been really successful and the new store will be the first in Pendle, with a great location."
