A NEW bus service has been launched to ferry visitors from Burnley town centre to Towneley Hall and Park - and it's free.
The Towneley Shuttle runs every hour, on the hour, between noon and 4pm, from the bus station.
At Towneley, it operates within the park, shuttling passengers between Towneley Hall and the Riverside car park around every 10 minutes.
The bus returns from Towneley Hall gates to the bus station at ten minutes to the hour, the last at 4.50pm.
The service will run until August on weekends, Bank Holidays and Tuesdays during school summer holidays. It is operated by Tyrer Tours.
The service is part of Towneley Park's £3.2 million Heritage Lottery Fund restoration programme.
