A THIEF with more than 100 previous convictions struck while on a suspended jail term.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Daniel Allen, 30, had 98 offences for dishonesty on his record and had offended 46 times while on bail.
Allen had earlier been given the suspended sentence, with a drugs rehabilitation requirement, for burglary at the town's crown court.
Allen admitted a theft to the tune of £76 from the Spar shop, Manchester Road, Burnley. He was bailed until June 8 and was ordered to live at his home address, to observe a curfew between 7pm and 7am and not to enter any shops.
