A 23-year-old man appeared before Burnley magistrates accused of child sex offences.
Alan Morton, of Duke Street, Colne is charged with two counts of sexual activity with a child and two of giving a drug with intent to commit a sexual offence.
His case was sent to the crown court for trial and he was remanded in custody until a plea and case management hearing on August 6.
