THREE teenagers who carried out a shocking attack on two alpacas in the grounds of a residential home have been told to apologise.
CCTV footage released by the police showed two people throwing a large wooden bench and plastic garden chairs at the alpacas, named Bill and Ben.
They then broke into the enclosure and chased the alpacas with one of the broken legs from the chairs.

As part of the restorative justice programme, they must all go back up to Danesmoor Residential Care Home in Helmshore Road, Haslingden, and apologise to the residents and owners.
Following a referral to the youth offending team, two of the boys, aged 16 and 17, must also carry out community work.
The attack had sparked outrage, with police describing it as an ‘unprovoked and mindless attack on two defenceless animals’.
Hyndburn MP Graham Jones called it a ‘senseless attack’ and home owner Michael Lane branded it ‘mindless violence’.
A police spokesman said: “We would once again like to thank members of the public for all their support with our appeal.”
