ONE of the Ribble Valley’s top pubs has been put up for sale.
The Duke of York in Grindleton has a £85,000 lease hold with Westlake & co chartered surveyors.

A spokesman from the surveyors said: “The pub is a well established and very successful gastro-pub in picturesque rural setting.
“A very profitable business.”
The pub includes a bar, a snug, a lounge with a period fireplace, a restaurant area and full disabled accessible toilets. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of professional equipment with a separate food preparation and storage area that includes a cold store, freezers and a sink.
The Duke of York’s private quarters include five bedrooms, a bathroom, office and attic storage. Outside there is a carpark that can hold approximately 25 vehicles and a forecourt with patio furniture.
The pub’s rent will cost £30,000 per year.
