A PLASTERER who flouted a community order got another chance - but was warned by Burnley magistrates it would be his last.

Philip Collinge, 24, had been away working and was picked up by the police the day he got home.

He now wanted to do the order, the court heard.

Collinge, of Booth Crescent, Waterfoot, had the breach proved in his absence and had been arrested on warrant.

The bench revoked the order and resentenced him to a 12 months community order with six months supervision.

He must also do 80 hours unpaid work and was given a 42 day curfew, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, between 8pm and 6am.
