A SPECIAL development in Waterfoot will be finished by the summer.
Tenants are already being signed up for the 20 environmentally-friendly flats in Staghills Road.
Work by Bramall Construction, for Green Vale Homes, began in September, with funding from the Housing Corporation through the Synergy Group.
All the homes have top-of-the-range insulation systems, and all materials have come from renewable sources.
