MULTI-NATIONAL developm-ent company Miller Regen-eration has been officially chosen as lead builder for Brierfield's Elevate project.
The company was approved by Pendle Council's housing market renewal committee as the development partner for regeneration in the town's flagship canal corridor scheme.
The company will work with a team, including Housing Pendle.
Plans include around 100 new quality homes on two sites off Clitheroe Road, with up to 20 houses for those affected by demolition who wish to remain in the area.
