A TOWN centre developer donned a Beatles replica outfit in celebration at the coming 40th anniversary of a Beatles album that made Blackburn famous.
Margo Grimshaw put on the Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band outfit for the photo call at her town centre property develoment off Mincing Lane, Blackburn.
In June the Beatles will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the album which featured the line "four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire"on A day in the Life.
The hole in this picture is for an underground 80-space car park as part of the £10million development. It is where C'est La Vie, The Castle, Mr Gs and Never Never Land stood.
Margo said: "I never thought I would own such a big hole.
"I am hoping this is going to make a big difference to Blackburn."
