A NELSON man will face a re-trial after a jury failed to reach verdicts on three sex charges.
Terence Marshall, 34, of Rakehouse Road, denied two charges of indecency with a teenage girl and one of indecent assault, at Preston Crown Court.
Last week, judge Stuart Baker directed the jury to find Marshall not guilty on three other charges of indecency and indecent assault.
The jury of seven women and five men had deliberated for over six hours and had failed to reach agreement.
A date for a re-trial still has to be fixed and Marshall was granted bail.
