PENDLE Council is to investigate a garage which members said was in a dangerous state.
Coun Sonia Robinson asked the council to consider the building in Athol Street, Nelson, for compulsory purchase to bring it into community use.
She said: "Roofs are collapsing, walls are falling down and propping each other up and inside there's broken glass."
