A BLACKBURN firm has posted a £10million increase in revenue over six months.
Printing group St Ives, with offices in Green-bank Technology Park, Whitebirk, has announced interim results for 27 weeks ended February 2 this year. Revenue stood at £209.2million, £10.6mill-ion up on last year.
This equated to a pre-tax profit of £10.7million in comparison to £14.2million for 2006.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was 6.62p and underlying earnings per share was 7.43p.
The business also acquired Service Graphics for £18.2million and processed corporate finance related activities of £4.7million.
Chairman Miles Emley said: "Whilst most markets have continued to experience over-capacity and pricing pressure, we are making significant progress in achieving our strategic objectives."
