A woman was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure after she had to be cut free from her car by fire crew.
The woman had been driving on the A59, near Northcote Road, Langho, at 8.26am today when she was involved in a collision with a Peugeot 106.
Firefighters from Blackburn and Great Harwood removed the roof of her Peugeot 306 and lifted her out on a spinal board after she complained of pain.
She was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital, although her injuries were not thought to be serious.
