THE jury in the trial of a lorry driver accused of causing death by dangerous driving has been discharged.
Neil Margerison, of Ribchester Road, Clayton-le-Dale, is accused of driving dangerously when his lorry collided with a car on the A17 in Lincolnshire last January.
The collision killed Neville and Karen Rees and their son Andrew, 11.
Margerison is appearing at Lincoln Crown Court and has denied causing death by dangerous driving.
The trial will start again today.
