A SERIES of events are planned for this year as Hyndburn environment charity the Prospects Foundation celebrates its 10th birthday.
The first Prospects Panel was set up in 1996 but the organisation has chosen 2007 to celebrate.
The charity, which is based in Cannon Street, Accrington, has run a range of schemes including the recycling and large-scale canal improvements in the borough.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary there will be a range of events and activities throughout 2007 which are open to the public.
Bosses will be revisiting some of the projects they have been involved in over the past decade and inviting residents of Hyndburn along to see the a difference they have made.
