A seven-week-old baby boy died after being taken into bed with his mum and dad.
An inquest heard that Dillon Paul Evans-Calvert was given a feed by his father, Stuart in the early hours of January 16.
Dillon did not settle so he was taken into bed with his father and mother, Jemma Evans at their home in Gloucester Road, Blackburn.
When Stuart woke at 6.15 am he found Dillon cold and limp. An ambulance was called but Dillon was pronounced dead at the A&E department at Royal Blackburn Hospital.
