UNITED Utilities said the last of the customers affected by last week's storms have had their supplies reconnected.
Engineers have been working round the clock to repair the damage caused by the storm, which saw winds of up to 92mph leaving a trail of destruction across Lancashire.
A number of shops, schools and homes were damaged.
At its peak 60,000 properties were left without electricity.
A spokesperson for United Utilities said: "By lunchtime Monday everyone was back on.
"We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding while we have been working hard to repair the damage caused by the severe storms.
"Our phone lines were extremely busy and we can only apologise to anyone who couldn't get through.
"But if people hang on they will always get through."
