A 49-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with breaching an anti-social behaviour order which bans him from offering to carry out building work for elderly people.
Michael William Alcorn, of no fixed address, was sent in custody to Burnley Crown Court.
He is charged with burglary at the home of a pensioner in Moss Street, Great Harwood, and theft of £55 and breach of the Asbo by offering services without prior invitation, negotiating a contract with a man over the age of 65 and offering to conduct roofing work.
He will appear at the Crown Court on May 22.
