RESIDENTIAL home bosses in Rossendale have been asked to tighten up on care records and redecorate after an inspection.
Care Quality Commission officials were satisified that consent arrangements, the skills and experience of staff and that the complaints system was effective at Woodleigh, in Waterfoot.
But after reviewing the personal care records, inspectors were concerned that documents were either missing or out-of-date.
Electrical cables had also been left unsecured in one of the lounges.
But plans were in place for refurbishment work.
