BLACKBURN Rovers fans have been offered the chance to be a mascot at the club’s home game against Charlton this weekend.
Prostate Cancer UK, the official charity partner of The Football League, is offering adult supporters the chance to lead the teams out at Ewood Park on Saturday.
The winner, who will represent the charity’s Men United team for the day, will also enjoy a behind the scenes tour of the stadium.
Prostate Cancer UK’s Mark Bishop said: “It is an exciting time to be the official charity partner of The Football League, pooling our strength to help more men survive prostate cancer and enjoy a better quality of life.
“Our aim is to fire up men to take urgent action to tackle this killer disease head on and join the team to fight it.
“Prostate cancer affects one in eight men at some time during their lifetime and with the disease increasing at an alarming rate across our stadiums, this is one challenge we can’t afford to lose.”
