Calderdale planning department is being recommended by Todmorden's town council to accept the wishes of residents in Oak Avenue, who submitted a petition opposing road markings planned for the area.
Supporting the residents, the development committee argued residents were the ones directly affected, and any change would cause them inconvenience.
