NEIL Pickup has revealed he is more determined than ever to win a third world arm wrestling title after missing out at the weekend.
Pickup had to settle for a bronze medal on his left arm.
The Blackburn puller, who won the crown in 2001 and 2002, said: "I really wanted to win my third title on home soil and I am gutted to have missed out.
"But this has made me even more determined to win back my world title."
Neil was once of six East Lancashire arm wrestlers to take part in the competition which was held at the Trafford Centre which was the biggest in the history of the sport.
