TWO complex singletons are thrown together in Colne Dramatic Society’s latest work.

Baggage, by Sam Bobrick runs at The Little Theatre in River Street, Colne, from May 5 to 10, 7.30pm.

A spokesman said: “It is a comedy that illustrates what happens when two complex single people, Phyllis and Bradley, meet due to confusion over the ownership of a suitcase, and the lighthearted play is threaded with humour as the contents of the case are revealed and the two characters grow to know each other.”

Marina Butterworth and Steve Grist play the singles, Phyllis and Bradley, with Angela Boult as the blousy Mitzi and Paul Thompson as Jonathan.

Baggage is directed by Steve Royle. Tickets will be on sale at Colne library on Saturday, May 3 from 11am to 1pm, or can be reserved on 01282 861424.
