Piers Morgan slammed Jennifer Aniston and told the actress to “get a grip” after she became visibly upset about her insecurities at an event.
Piers addressed Jennifer’s public display of emotion during Tuesday’s episode of Good Morning Britain, criticising her for “self-wallowing” while having made her “body a commodity”.
The presenter, 51, said: “Nobody in Hollywood is actually legally compelled to do a naked magazine cover. If you do that, I don’t think you can then go ‘woe is me, they’re all taking pictures of my body’.

“Get a grip. Remember, half the world is starving, and most of the rest of the world has no money, has no mansions, has no Ferraris, has no handsome Hollywood star husband.”
The former Friends star, 47, openly discussed her feelings of self-doubt with teens and children in attendance at the Giffoni Film Festival in Italy on Saturday.
She became tearful when asked if she ever woke up not knowing who she was during a Q&A session.
She said there were “not enough fingers and toes in this entire room to count how many times that moment has happened”.
Jennifer added that often “the pain is too great” and that she asks herself “am I good enough?”
The star recently penned an open letter in retaliation to persistent pregnancy rumours, in which she described herself as “fed up” over “sport-like scrutiny and body shaming” in the media.
Piers criticised the actress for her article, saying that she is among other stars in adding to body insecurities in young females by perpetuating the “myth of ‘perfection’” with “airbrushed” magazine covers.
Jennifer received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Giffoni Film Festival, Europe’s largest film festival for children.
