Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick to return for Pitch Perfect 3
The Bellas will be back again. Universal Pictures says another Pitch Perfect sequel is in the works.
The studio has said that Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson will star in Pitch Perfect 3, set for release in July 2017.
Elizabeth Banks and her husband, Max Handelman, will return as producers.
Pitch Perfect 2 has taken in more than 171 million dollars (£109 million) in the US since it opened last month. The original film, released in 2012, was a sleeper hit that went on to collect more than 115 million dollars (£74 million) worldwide.
The franchise follows the adventures of a competitive a capella singing group.
