THE White Rabbit and the Queens of Hearts can be sighted in the grounds of Gawthorpe Hall, Padiham, on July 30.
Off the Ground Theatre company will be presenting an open air version of the children’s classic Alice in Wonderland.
An 18-strong cast will be performing an adaptation by James Foggins in the grounds of the grade II listed venue.
Last year the hall provided the background for Shakespeare’s As You Like It and it is hoped the adventures of Alice, the Mad Hatter and White Rabbit will bring the crowds back.
Theatre lovers are being told that they can bring along their own picnics and a deckchair or cushion.
