THE Inn At Whitewell is set to be transformed into a dining theatre for an evening of Shakespeare’s most famous comedy on June 3.
Under a special marquee Say Two Touring Productions will perform Twelfth Night on June 3 for one night only inviting audience members to try on costumes, fence with a rapier and speak some of Shakespeare’s revered verse.
The play is believed to have been written around 1601-02 as a Twelfth Night's entertainment for the close of the Christmas season.
The play expanded on the musical interludes and riotous disorder expected of such an occasion, is based on a story by Matteo Bandello.
