MUST-see indie-rock band States of Emotion are heading to Blackburn.
The Essex quartet will release debut single Fight them on the Beaches, which is free to download from their MySpace website, in March.
They are looking to build on the success of 2009, which saw them play shows at places like Glastonbury.
