The best of Burnley and Pendle musical talent will be performing at a charity gig.
The And Finally... Band Festival 2010 will see local musicans The Rubbish, Red Squared, Renegade, 65 Miles, Damian Manville Band, Big Picture, Hate Syndicate, The Milltown Brothers and Super Group Encore perform at Colne Muni on Sunday, January 31.
Proceeds will go to the Pendleside Hospice and the concert is dedicated to the memory of music fan Jane Mitchell, who attended many of the bands’ gigs during their heydays.
A festival spokesman said: “Our area has been the home to many outstanding bands and musicians over the past two decades.
“As the baton now passes on to the next generation of artists And Finally is a gig to celebrate the music and people who made the nineties and noughties so memorable and a chance to wallow in a bit of nostalgia, have a great time and raise money for the incredible work that Pendleside Hospice does for our community.”
Doors open to the public at 2.45pm, with music starting at 3.15pm when Youthful Blues take to the stage.
The gig will go on until around 11pm and will also feature some new talent.
For tickets (£8) call Pendleside Hospice on 01282 440120 or Colne Muni box office on 01282 661234.
