If you missed Michael Ball in concert, don’t panic! Love Changes Everything, a celebration of the music of Michael Ball, will play at the Thwaites Empire Theatre, Blackburn, for one performance on Saturday, June 7.

This salute to the king of the West End musical pays tribute to his greatest hits, including the stirring Empty Chairs and Empty Tables and Bring Him Home from Les Miserables, the haunting Gesthemen’ from Jesus Christ Superstar and This is the Moment from Jekyll and Hyde.

Michael Courtney, one of the UK’s finest singers and guest artists, together with his live band, present two hours of Michael Ball Bliss, raiding a wonderful back catalogue of concert favourites and featuring classics such as Holding Out for a Hero, Something Inside So Strong, and One Night Only. The finale is Love Changes Everything from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Aspects of Love.

Courtney has appeared in acclaimed theatre productions in the West End and on tour, including playing Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Nottingham), Rolf in The Sound of Music(touring), Action in West Side Story (Lincoln) and Edmund in King Lear (Theatre Royal Drury Lane, London). Other theatre credits include Lion In Winter'(with Richard Todd), How The other Half Loves' (with Eric Sykes) and Run for your Wife (with Britt Ekland).
