Former student of St Mary’s College, Natalie Howley 18, from Padiham, has been recognised by the WJEC examination board as having achieved the highest number of points for A level Business Studies from the summer 2014 cohort across England and Wales.
Natalie and her parents celebrated this admirable achievement last night at the College’s annual Prize Night at King George’s Hall on 16th December.
Mr Frank Dixon, Principal, said; “I am delighted to be able to recognise Natalie's outstanding academic achievement at St Mary's College Prize Night. Natalie's dedication and enthusiasm for her studies has inspired us all."
Natalie said about her achievement, “I was shocked when I received the news! I couldn’t have achieved this without the support of the staff at St Mary’s and the Business Department.”
