Top local chef Mark Wilkinson gives his recipe for how to cook the perfect sprouts in the second part of our Christmas dinner video series.
Mark, who has worked with celebrity Paul Heathcote and John Burton Race, reckons that even if you don't usually like sprouts, you'll love them with chipolata sausages and bacon lardons.
He is now head chef at Northwood Residential Home in Blackburn.
