BACK in the 1960s a man in Victorian dress used to chat on about the good old days to passers-by in Blackburn boulevard.
We've had an e-mail from an old Blackburnian now living in America asking readers if anyone remembers him.
Chris Lynch said: "He used to hang around the boulevard in Victorian dress, which usually included a top hat and get chatting to anyone who would stop to listen.
"Does anyone happen to know who this genuine eccentric was or what became of him?"
