A Mercedes A-Class was taken from King Street car park after midday on July 8.
The attack was outside a business on High Street at around 8.35pm on Friday.
The participants set off on Ascroft Street after 12pm on Saturday on the way to a party at Queen Elizabeth Hall.
It comes after a woman said she was attacked on Monday (July 15) at the park off Kings Road.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and Greater Manchester Police attended at around 5pm on Friday.
GMP Oldham posted a photo of the motorbike on social media on Friday.
It comes after a cool, cloudy start to summer with a weather warning for rain as recent as the start of this week.
The incident was shared in a post on social media by National Highways after 10pm.
Oldham Council is now investigating after police seized a van suspected of being used for fly-tipping.
