THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (BLAKEWATER ROAD, BLACKBURN) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019 NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with □arwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to regulate traffic as described in the Schedule. The usual exemptions will apply.
