PUBLICITY FOR PLANNING APPLICATIONS Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has received
planning applications for the following developments:
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA 10/18/1204: 87-89 Regent Street, Blackburn. Full Planning Application for Change of Use of former night club into offices on all 3 levels with external alterations to rear extension. Applicant: The Woodstead Company. DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 10/19/0044: 2 Old Sett End Cottages, Harwoods Lane, Hoddlesden, Darwen. Full Planning Application for Agricultural building for housing livestock, farm machinery and farming consumables. Applicant: Mr Andrew Nightingale.
The applications and plans can be inspected at www.blackburn.gov.uk or at the Town Halls. Comments should be made within 14 days of this notice: by email to planning@blackburn.gov.uk or by writing to MARTIN KELLY, Director of Growth & Development, Town Hall, Blackburn. BB1 7DY Please quote the application ref in your letter.
