Furthermore: The Council intends to revoke The Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Polefield Area) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2005 in its entirety in so much as it is fully superseded by the proposed order

A copy of the Order which comes into operation on 28th December 2018, a plan showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ during normal office hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 28th December 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
