LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (SECTION 17)
Notice is hereby given that The City Pub Group Plc has applied to Reading Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Market House, 1-2 Market Place Reading RG1 2EG to allow on sales of alcohol 10:00 to 23:00 hours and 24 hours a day for overnight residents and their bona fide guests (and other non-standard timings as stated in the application form), late night refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 hours for (Might residents and their bona fide guests only (and other non-standard timings as stated in the application form) and opening hours 07:00 to 23:30 hours and 24 hours a day for overnight residents and their bona fide guests (and other non-standard timings as stated in the application form) 7 days a week. Any person wishing to view this application may do so at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an apointment or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk  Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing by 30 November 2018, as detailed above to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices Bridge Street Reading RG1 2LU. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
