Notice is hereby given that Eclectic Bars Trading Limited applied to Reading Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Smash, Ground Floor, 5 Gun Street, Reading RGI 2JR.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision of regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 11:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 2300 to 00:30 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 to 0100 the following morning and Thursday to Saturday MOO to 01:30 the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Reading Borough Council" Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RGI 2LU, no later than 9 October 2018 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Reading Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.reading.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
