10/18/0347 & 10/18/0351: Full Planning Application and Listed Building Application for new stable block following removal of existing stable block. Applicant: Mr & Mrs Ken Green.

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 10/18/0604: Higher Fowler Height Farm Barn, Heys Lane, Blackburn. Full Planning Application for Conversion of barn into 2 no. dwellings. Applicant: Mr Chris Taylor.
