BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN BOROUGH COUNCIL PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES SHORROCK LANE BLACKBURN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, in accordance with the provisions of Section 90A of the Highways Act, 1980; the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 and all other enabling powers propose to establish traffic calming measures at the locations mentioned in the Schedule to this Notice Note for Information - the raised speed humps will be constructed in accordance with the Regulations and will measure as detailed in the Schedule below.
A copy of this Notice with a copy of the plan may be examined at the Information Desk, Town Hall, Blackburn, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays).
