THE BOLTON (BACK BRADFORD STREET EAST, BOLTON) (ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (EXPERIMENTAL) (NO.4) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order under Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The effect of the Orders which will be operative from 30th March 2018, and will be in operation for an experimental period of 18 months will be as follows: One Way Traffic:

Back Bradford Street East, from its junction with Castle Street to its junction with
Radcliffe Road. Permitted Direction of Travel south west to north east only.
A copy of the draft Order, together with relevant plans and statement of the Council's
reasons for the proposals may be viewed online at www.bolton.gov.uk/trafficorders
or at the Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic
Centre, Bolton during office hours by appointment (tel 01204 336677).
It is the Council's intention that if within a period of 6 months from the coming into
force of these Orders, no objections have been received; the Council will make
permanent the Order to continue the restrictions in force indefinitely.
Objections or representations should state the grounds on which they are made, the
Order to which they refer and be sent either by e-mail to highways@bolton.gov.uk or
by writing to Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic
Centre, Bolton, BL1 1UA, before 30th September 2018.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (RESTRICTED BYWAY BOLTON NO.396) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE ) (NO. ) ORDER 2018
The effect which will be operative from 30th March, 2018 will be to prohibit both vehicular and pedestrian traffic from entering, proceeding or waiting on Restricted Byway Bolton No.396 situated within the former Cutacre Open Cast mining site, South of the A6, Salford Road, Bolton (Employment Zone) commencing from point A at grid reference SD 396793 404629 in a generally south by easterly direction to point B at grid reference SD 369828 404241 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1 Bol396 over a total distance of approximately 390 metres. No alternative route is available.
The Order is necessary to enable preparatory ground works for proposed additional vehicle access from plot E1.
The Order will be operative from 30th March, 2018 for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
