NOTICE ONDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land adjacent to 115, Blackburn Road, Bolton, BL1 8HF.
Notice is given that an application is being made to Bolton Council by: Mr E Mogra of Arkwrights Insurance Brokers.
For planning permission to; carry out alterations to the front elevation of No 115. Blackburn Road, Bolton along with the erection of a two storey building comprising Financial And Professional Services (Class A2) and Office use (Class B1), together with car parking and associated works To Mulliner Street.
Any owner* of the land (Mulliner Street) or tenant" who wishes to make a representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to Bolton Planning Control, Development Management, Town Hall, Bolton, BL11RU.
Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
* "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
** "Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
