Introduction of restricted Waiting, Monday - Saturday (8.00am - 4.00pm)
Booth Street, Tottington
North-westerly side, from a point 10 metres south-east of the south-easterly kerbline of Holly Street for a distance of 41 metres in a north-westerly direction_
A copy of the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within it), a plan showing the roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to Highway Network Management, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury or by email to traffic@burv. gov.uk quoting reference TM2/17/422 by 23 February 2018. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BUCKINGHAM ROAD FOOTWAY, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

The proposed Order will come into operation on Thursday 15 February 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 2 months, (Anticipated duration of works -3 weeks, between approximately 8.00am and 6.00pm). Dated 08 February 2018

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 12 February 2018 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
